3. Return Eligibility

Customers within the United States may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

3.1 Conditions for Return

Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.


4. Return Process

4.1 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging

  • Include all included parts and documentation

  • Follow the return instructions provided by our support team


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • Company Responsibility:
    CozyFire Furnish covers return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Specific Return & Refund Scenarios

6.1 Change of Mind Returns

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must meet return eligibility requirements

  • Refund issued to original payment method

  • Restocking fees may apply if disclosed at time of purchase

6.2 Defective or Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Photo or video documentation may be required

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping

6.3 Incorrect Item Received

  • Notify us immediately upon delivery

  • We will arrange return shipping at no cost and send the correct item or issue a refund

6.4 Item Not Delivered

  • Contact us if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe

  • We will investigate with the carrier

  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement

6.5 Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund

  • After shipment: Orders must follow the return process after delivery


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if clearly marked at purchase)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Customers requesting exchanges due to preference changes are responsible for shipping costs

10. Policy Timelines 

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection

  • Refund posting time depends on the payment provider
